Journal Articles

This database can be searched using the search terms below. The search terms includes names of authors, year of publication, species names and key words associated with each article in the database.

Species names are designated for those journal articles describing studies that focus on one or a few species of dung beetle in some detail; thus, searching by species will not pull up all journal articles that mention individual species in passing or those dealing with a large number of species.

While the DOI is listed for articles published in journals utilising DOI indexing, you may or may not be able to access the original document depending on your library system (we cannot provide pdfs of journal articles because of copyright restrictions). You might be able to find additional journal articles dealing with individual species by searching other library databases or Google Scholar.
